Extracted directly from windy_city.dat. This was a weird one to put together, as the parts were all variously spread out with no obvious order, but I did my best to compile and find all the parts. I have a funny feeling I am missing the ending somewhere, but this is all I could find of this song.
EDIT: Thankyou to those who helped identify the track, as it's from the mission Sometimes You Still Lose. I have uploaded the other parts for this entire mission as well as separate videos =) It also seems that for this particular song, I am not missing any parts. In the game, the sections just loops and repeat and then fade out, so there is no ending or other parts fortunately.
